Membership tiers are designed to fit different needs and budgets, each offering unlimited visits (in-person and telehealth), same- or next-day scheduling when possible, and a care team committed to preventive, whole-person health.
For patients who prefer or require a pay-as-you-go arrangement, our fee-for-service options provide flexibility without long-term commitments. Functional medicine principles guide all care: we focus on identifying root causes, customizing treatment plans, optimizing hormones and thyroid function when indicated, and supporting sustainable lifestyle changes to improve long-term health.
