Our hybrid model gives you the convenience and personalized attention of DPC—shorter wait times, more extended visits, and direct communication with your clinician—while maintaining access to traditional primary care services and insurance-based care when needed. Membership tiers are designed to fit different needs and budgets, each offering unlimited visits (in-person and telehealth), same- or next-day scheduling when possible, and a care team committed to preventive, whole-person health.

For patients who prefer or require a pay-as-you-go arrangement, our fee-for-service options provide flexibility without long-term commitments. Functional medicine principles guide all care: we focus on identifying root causes, customizing treatment plans, optimizing hormones and thyroid function when indicated, and supporting sustainable lifestyle changes to improve long-term health.

Insurance vs. Specialized Programs: What to Expect

What does my insurance cover? Standard insurance typically covers your Primary Care visits, including annual physicals, sick visits, and chronic disease management (like blood pressure or diabetes follow-ups).

Are wellness programs covered? Specialized programs—such as Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s), Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and Peptide Therapies—are often considered elective by insurance carriers. These are typically provided on a transparent, flat-fee basis.

Can I use my HSA/FSA? Yes! In most cases, you can use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account for both co-pays and specialized wellness program fees.
